La historia
Tanya works at a small print shop. On Wednesday, a delivery arrives with paper, ink, and envelopes. She checks the order form before she opens the boxes. The form says the shop needs five boxes of white paper, but the delivery has five boxes of blue paper. The white paper is important because the shop has a large customer order that afternoon.
Tanya calls the delivery company. She says, “Hello. I am calling about order 4821. We received blue paper, but we ordered white paper.” The customer service representative asks for the delivery address and the name of the shop. Tanya gives the information slowly and clearly.
The representative checks the order and says, “I see the mistake. We can replace the paper tomorrow morning.” Tanya asks, “Will the driver take the blue paper back?” The representative says yes. Tanya writes down the new delivery time: between 9:00 and 11:00 and keeps the order form by the door. She also labels the blue boxes so the driver can find them quickly. Her manager asks Tanya to be there at 9:00. She tells her manager that the problem is solved.
