Help at the office

Jorge is in the office on Thursday afternoon. His supervisor asks him to print a customer form before a meeting at 3:00. Jorge opens the email and sees the form attached. He clicks print, but the printer shows a red light and does not print the document. He tries once more, then decides it is better to ask for help than waste time.

Jorge walks to the front desk and asks Mia, “Excuse me, can you help me with the printer?” Mia looks at the screen and says, “The printer is out of paper.” She opens a cabinet and gives Jorge a new package of paper. Then she shows him how to place the paper in the tray.

Jorge prints two copies of the form. He checks that both pages are clear and puts them in a folder with a pen. It is 2:50, so he has time before the meeting. He takes the folder to the meeting room and puts it on the table. Jorge says, “Thank you for your help.” Mia replies, “No problem. The supply cabinet is next to the printer if you need paper again.”
